(LSF) contract will provide funding for counseling services for Shelly M. Hughes, LMHC to provide out-patient counseling services to E/BD students approved by the Family Service Planning Team (FSPT). The Multiagency Network for Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) will coordinate the consultative services. Recommended Action Approve Shelly M. Hughes contract 2013-14.
